Founded in 2021, Tewox is a real estate investment company specializing in retail properties across the Baltic Sea region. Since its establishment, the company has significantly expanded its presence in both Lithuania and Poland. Today, Tewox manages a portfolio valued of nearly EUR 220 million, comprising of 108,7000 square meters of leasable space.

Tewox focuses on retail assets secured by long-term lease agreements, with grocery retailers serving as anchor tenants and other occupiers consisting of essential goods and services providers. This investment strategy supports a resilient portfolio with limited exposure to market fluctuations, delivering stable occupancy and consistent long-term performance.
